Every item is handcrafted by artisans in the highlands, and natural variations in weave and color are a feature, not a flaw. Return Window You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Conditions - Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached - Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective - Custom or personalized orders are final sale Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
